What:      Canadian Parents for French offered a free bilingual workshop in June 2014 to facilitate Yellowknife youth in making musical instruments from recycled materials. The project participants, who ranged in age from 6-15, played their recycled musical instruments at a public event on June 14, 2014 to impress the cast and viewers of the TV show La Petite Séduction. This was a great opportunity for the youth to exhibit their musical talents while presenting Yellowknife as a unique city, rich in culture and dedicated to creative forms of waste reduction.
